Brunei Outreach Materials

“Batty and Pitty” is the wonderful story of a young Kerivoula hardwickii’s search for a roost, and details the symbiotic relationship between this species and the pitcher plant Nepenthes hemsleyana. The story is based on the research of Caroline and Michael Schoener in Brunei, who devised the story and wrote the text, and there are superb illustrations by Claudia Spitzkopf and Robin Schöfer.
